You’ll be responsible for developing the workforce strategy in line with the next phase of the business development plans, working with the senior executive team to shape the company’s future workforce solutions, leading the industry on multi skilling and flexibility of employment terms, engaging with unions and suppliers, determining and executing future negotiation strategies. You’ll need to be able to prove: • Experience in strategic Human Resources advice. • Experience in ER/IR strategic advice and delivery. • Experience in a complex and dynamic industry. • Strategic and organisational development.
